General information

Website content is general information and is not legal advice or immigration advice for your particular circumstances. Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not create a consultant-client relationship.

No guarantee

Immigration decisions are made by government authorities. MZIC does not guarantee eligibility, processing times, invitations, visas, permits, nominations or any other outcome.

Professional services

Representation begins only after eligibility and scope are assessed, a written service agreement is signed and the agreed payment requirements are met.

Consultation booking and tax

A consultation booking is completed only after successful payment. A selected time is not reserved when payment is declined, cancelled or left incomplete. Canadian GST/HST/PST is added according to the client’s billing province or territory. No Canadian sales tax is added when the billing address is outside Canada.

Consultation scope

A consultation is limited to its scheduled duration. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a consultation does not include document checking or application review. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time.

Cancellations, refunds, no-shows and technical issues

This updated technical-issue policy applies to consultation bookings made on or after August 10, 2026.

Significant, unforeseeable technical disruption beyond the client’s reasonable control, despite reasonable preparation, that prevents completion of the consultation25% refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Routine or reasonably preventable technical issues do not qualify. These may include failure to test the meeting link, microphone, camera or device in advance; insufficient device charge; or failure to arrange a reasonable backup for foreseeable short-term internet or power interruptions where such backup options are reasonably available.

If MZIC is unable to complete the consultation because of a technical issue on MZIC’s side, MZIC will offer either rescheduling at no additional charge or an appropriate refund based on the circumstances.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time. The service is considered completed at the end of the consultation or allocated appointment time.

Accuracy and changes

Immigration programs and policies change. While reasonable care is taken, website information may not reflect the latest change and should be confirmed through official sources.
