MZIC may collect information you provide through consultation booking, communications, questionnaires and an agreed professional engagement. This may include contact, billing and case-related information.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, process payments, meet professional and legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records.

Service providers

MZIC may use service providers for scheduling, payments, communications, secure storage and business operations. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions or as required by law.

Recordings

A consultation may be recorded only with the client's consent for confidential professional record-keeping. Recordings and client information are handled in accordance with applicable professional and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may contact MZIC to ask about your personal information or request a correction, subject to legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
