What counts as qualifying arranged employment?
The offer must generally be from a Canadian employer for continuous, paid, full-time work of at least 30 hours per week, be non-seasonal, last at least 1 year, and be in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3. Additional LMIA, work-permit, current-employer or LMIA-exemption conditions apply depending on your situation. A normal job offer or a work permit alone does not automatically qualify.
Special rules may apply to certain physicians with qualifying publicly funded medical-service job offers. Review the current IRCC requirements before assessing arranged-employment points.
